The ARCHES!! Do you have ANY idea how many times we have looked at the "Gateway to the West" and LONGED to see it in person?! IT WAS AWESOME - you can tell we died over it by how many pictures we got in front of it!!
If you're on a budget and you want to go on vacation - you NEED to visit St. Louis! Everything there is FREE!! The zoo, the Children's museum - literally everything!! One place we went was to the science museum - it was really a good one!! My kids favorite part? The musical hop scotch - it made a sound when you hopped on the square!
We also had to get some history in for my history buff - BO!! The court house in St. Louis is where the famous Dred Scott (a slave in the 1800's) sewed for his families freedom and finally was set free! It was a neat place - the bottom left is inside - it was all Christmasy and festive!
